All accounts come with one POP email account at USERNAME@YOURDOMAIN. To connect to this account, you need an email client program. We suggest Outlook Express which comes with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
To configure your email program, the four things you will need to know are as follows:
- Your email username
- Your email password
- SMTP Server: YOURDOMAIN
- POP Server: YOURDOMAIN

Virtual Hosting Clients: See the Virtual Hosting Email Options for complete info on configuring your email aliases and autoresponders.
Email aliasing is not a true email address. It is merely an alias for a real address. For example, you could have an alias for sales-yourname@speedsoft.com which would forward any mail sent to that email address to your home address.
For non-virtual hosting clients, to set up an alias contact support@speedsoft.com
with your username, the name of the email alias and the email address it should forward email to.
