An anonymous FTP site is available for all customers. The site URL would look something like ftp://ftp.YOURDOMAIN/pub/YOURNAME. This would allow you to serve files via FTP to the public.
The cost for this is $2/month for the site and then however much disk
space you need for the site billed at the current rate.
There is no cost for this for Windows 2000 Hosting accounts.
